For over 13 years, I’ve grown my practices from the ground up—through uncertainty, burnout, and big wins. I know what it’s like to build a thriving business while carrying the invisible load of leadership and life.

But I also know what it’s like to reclaim peace, purpose, and joy—without stepping away from success. And now, I help other practice owners do the same.

In 2017, I had two struggling practices, a 3-month-old baby, and a team in transition. I was running payroll and entering insurance payments from my kitchen island with a newborn in my arms. I was beyond capacity, emotionally drained, and ready to walk away.

But I didn’t.

I did the work—internally and externally—to get clear on what mattered most. I rebuilt not just my systems and teams, but my own foundation as a leader and human being.

Today, I run three practices with confidence and clarity. There’s still stress, but now I have tools—and more importantly, space—for joy, connection, and peace.
